Introduction to SpatialAnalyzer is a three day overview of SpatialAnalyzer that includes metrology architecture, SpatialAnalyzer's components, tool sets for application solutions, SpatialAnalyzer instrument interfaces, general user options and processes, and hands-on training with the software. We spend 2 full days of training with your hardware in your working environment. The two days are spent designing, problem solving, and performing measurement and analysis tasks.  At the end of the additional two days you will have the confidence to delve straight into your measurement tasks.
