The DMS utilises industry leading precision alignment equipment including 3D Laser Tracking, precision total stations and industrial photogrammetry. The DMS is capable of measuring, forming and press sections, dryer sections, coaters, calenders, winders as well as extrusion and lamination lines. The data is then used to create an accurate 3D model of all the key equipment.  The measurements are then used to identify process problems caused by misalignment. Once identified the DMS can realign the problem equipment back to manufacturer’s specification.

The real time measurement capabilities of these systems allows for fast and accurate (down to 0.025mm) alignment of components. Machinery can be aligned in real-time to ensure level to gravity, flatness, straightness, clyindricity, circularity, parallelism, perpendicularity, angularity, surface profile, circular runout and total runout.

No job is too big! The DMS has the capability of measuring equipment up to 500m in length.

The detailed alignment reports are used to isolate and diagnose alignment related problems as well as assisting with the planning of future alignment and maintenance needs.
