Geometry Comparison
Measured features are evaluated against nominal CAD geometry or engineering drawings. Reports detail nominal values, measured coordinates and computed deviations, with tolerance criteria applied to determine conformity.

CAD Model Comparison & Graphical Inspection Reports
Measured data is aligned to the nominal 3D CAD model to enable full geometric comparison. Results are delivered as graphical inspection reports incorporating colour deviation mapping and tolerance-based feature evaluation.
This method provides the highest level of inspection clarity when validated CAD data is available.
CAD Model Comparison
GD&T Inspection
Components can be inspected against Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications to validate form, position, orientation and profile.
Embedded 3D GD&T data can be imported directly for automated evaluation. Where tolerances exist only on 2D drawings, they are applied within the inspection software to ensure accurate conformity assessment.
