Process Repeatability Analysis

The DMS can perform process repeatability analysis (process capability studies) on parts, assemblies and fixtures. Using close-range photogrammetry we can assess the degree of variability of a repeating process and compare this measured variability with a set specification or product tolerance. The results generated from process capability studies can define the process potential index (Cp) and process capability index (Cpk).
